New Phytologist Workshop: introducing Transformative Plant Biotechnology

Three-day workshop to launch New Phytologist’s Transformative Plant Biotechnology section. This workshop will bring some of the leading researchers in plant biotechnology together to share their current research, and to discuss Transformative Biotechnology and what developments New Phytologist hopes to encourage with this new section.

The workshop will run from lunchtime on Wednesday 20 September to lunchtime on Friday 22 September. A workshop dinner will be held on Thursday 21 September.

• Please note that places are limited, but we are particularly keen for early career researchers to be involved in this workshop. If you wish to present your work please contact np-symposia@lancaster.ac.uk by 1 August 2023.
• The New Phytologist Foundation has limited travel grants of up to £100 for ECRs and students that wish to attend, as well as a number of free registration places. Please email np-symposia@lancaster.ac.uk to enquire about applying for a travel grant or registration waiver by 1 August 2023. You will need to submit your CV, a short statement of how your research interests relate to the workshop and if you would like to be considered to present your work, a short abstract.
