This webinar is the second in a series together with the International Working Group for Safe Cassava.
In this session, Prof Ros Gleadow from Monash University (Australia) will interview Dr Espérance Kashala-Abotnes of the University of Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, a leading expert on Konzo—a neurological disease linked to the consumption of improperly processed cassava.
