DESCRIPTION:Join us for a dynamic one-day event dedicated to advancing sustainability in the edible horticulture sector. Hosted by The East Malling Trust and the Association of Applied Biologists (AAB)\, this conference brings together growers\, researchers\, policymakers\, and industry leaders to explore how we can deliver healthy\, fresh produce to the UK while reducing resource consumption and improving environmental impact. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat to Expect! \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe conference will showcase cutting-edge research and practical innovations across the food system\, with a focus on: \n\nPre-harvest and post-harvest efficiencies\nWater\, energy\, and labour-saving strategies\nWaste management and climate-smart practices\n\nExpect a full day of keynote talks\, poster sessions\, and networking opportunities designed to foster collaboration and inspire action. \nWe strongly encourage ECPs to present their research.
