Lancaster Environment Centre (LEC) comprises world-class environmental researchers, government scientists and businesses working together to address today’s biggest environmental challenges. Its Plant and Crop Sciences Group works from molecular to canopy scales in both natural and managed ecosystems with end-users of research, to provide solutions to real-world problems such as Biodiversity, Food Security and Soil/ Water Resources Management.
